10th July 2024
Dear Parents and Carers,
As we approach the end of another successful school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the many achievements and experiences we have shared at Educational Diversity over the past months.
Firstly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support and involvement in your children's education. Your partnership with our staff has been invaluable in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.
This year, we have seen some great progress in our students' achievements. Our pupils have shown dedication and resilience, excelling in various subject areas and extracurricular activities. I am particularly proud of the innovative projects and initiatives our students have undertaken, demonstrating creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.
Our dedicated teachers and staff have worked tirelessly to provide high-quality education and support for all students. Their commitment to professional development and passion for teaching and supporting our pupils has been instrumental in ensuring that every child receives the best possible education and support.
We have also had the pleasure of celebrating numerous events and milestones together, from engaging in local author visits from Nathan Parker https://parkerwords.co.uk/ (more exciting news to follow about this next term!) and aspirational careers conventions, to KS3 enterprise competitions, sporting workshops such as Brian Rose’s boxing workshops, sporting fixtures and other community projects. These experiences have enriched our school community, fostering a sense of unity and pride among students, staff, and parents alike.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the opportunities and challenges that the new academic year will bring. We are committed to continuous improvement and are already planning several new initiatives aimed at further enhancing our curriculum, facilities, environment and support services.
The school term and academic year finishes on Friday 19th July at 1.45pm. Students will have lunch before our staff team wishes them all the best for a safe summer break. As we enter the summer break, I encourage you to spend quality time with your children, enjoying the well-deserved rest and relaxation. It is also an excellent time to encourage reading and other educational activities that can keep young minds engaged and curious.
Once again, thank you for your unwavering support and for entrusting us with the education of your children. I wish you all a safe, happy, and restful summer holiday. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the new academic year on Wednesday 4th September 2024 at 8.45am with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
Warm regards,
Victoria O’Farrell
