Dear parents and carers,
I hope that you and your families are well. I am writing to you to let you know of a fantastic opportunity to express your opinions and ideas about careers support for our young people in Blackpool.
Right to Succeed are working in partnership with Blackpool Football Club Community Trust (BFCCT) as part of Connected Futures Partnership (funded by the Youth Futures Foundation) and are aiming to submit a collaborative proposal for Blackpool in and around May/June 2023 for a September 2023 Delivery start date. The proposal will be up to a total of £2 million which will be over a 3 or 4 year period.
BFCCT are currently conducting a round of survey consultations to find out, particularly, from educators and parents/carers of what is and isn’t working about the careers support that is currently being provided for young people across the town.
The surveys take around 10 minutes to complete and we would appreciate it if parents/carers could complete the survey by close of play on Friday 24th March. It is your opportunity as parents and carers to directly influence how key elements of this prospective funding is implemented should the partnership bid proposal be successful.
