Educational Diversity wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible Engagement Coach to provide consistent support to our students.

We are a split site provision, catering for students between the ages of 5 and 16, with emotional, behavioural, social and/or medical needs.  The successful candidate will become part of a strong and forward thinking team, aiming to support and mentor learners from Educational Diversity in their journey into and through post 16 learning.

You will be working with some of the most vulnerable and challenging young people in Blackpool who are at risk of becoming NEET.

It is essential that the candidates have had experience in working with young people with emotional, behavioural, social and/or medical needs and that they can form and maintain positive relationships with disengaged young people in a variety of settings.

Salary: NJC Grade F SCP 19-24 £31,067 - £34.314 pro rata per annum

This is a part time role working 32.5hrs per week, working term time + 5 days for INSET days .
